provider. Under his leadership, the company has launched its
integrated multi channel strategy and added business-focused
applications to its offerings. Additionally, Mathew has championed
a number of initiatives aimed at leveraging our extensive
customer base, global marketing presence and vast research
and data resources. Focusing on the customer, he has transformed
the company to a customer-centric organization through customer
satisfaction and loyalty programs. His many contributions
include the globalization of sales, marketing and support
organizations to expand the company’s presence in more
than 3 continents.
Scott Laughlin, Principal, Senior Consultant,
is a guru in multi-channel marketing solutions for e-businesses,
enterprises, contact centers, mortgage firms and service providers.
Mr. Laughlin leverages talent and resources from the US and
India to build strong brands and branded business units for
b2b and b2c services companies. Prior to this, Scott served
mortgage telemarketing lead generation company PARSEC Interact
as Brand Manager and automotive lead generation company Corporate
Image Marketing as Vice President of Marketing. Scott has
held marketing and business development roles at Legato Systems,
Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, and Apple Computer. Scott
also is Cofounder of Bright Cluster, Inc. and Indiaco.com,
and served as Entrepreneur-In-Residence at NASA-funded venture
incubator The Enterprise Network / Ames Technology Commercialization
Center (TEN/ATCC). Mr. Laughlin holds an MBA from Santa Clara
University
