OptinBuilders enables you to add the most current available
phone numbers to your database. Your database may consist
of your customer list, an outside list purchased to find your
customers or a list created for use in a telemarketing program.
Although primarily designed to enhance your database with
phone numbers. OptinBuilders can also provide you with demographic
information. You may have age, income, etc., for valuable
for target marketing programs.
We strive to add phone numbers to all records in your database
but movers and imperfections in both your database as well
as ours prevent this. Normal match rates may vary between
45 to 70 percent. To provide you with more phone numbers we
go to great lengths to enhance addresses, upgrade our matching
software, build telephone preference suppression files, and
update our universal databases with the most current changes
For example, we correct and standardize the addresses in
your database before phone appending. Please note we do not
disturb your database. Our software-matching algorithm is
continually being enhanced by our Research and Development
Department. Our database of phones numbers is created from
phone directories. We use three companies to create this database.
Although these files are similar, all companies enhance their
files differently. By matching your records against all files,
you receive up to 15 percent more phone numbers.
To provide you with the highest quality product available,
we update our database monthly. We add new phone records,
remove old mover records, update area codes and zip changes,
and purge individuals on telephone preference files.
Your database is matched against all files. The additional
databases match will provide you with 10-20 percent more phones
matches. You no longer need to send your non-matched records
to another vendor, causing delays.
Our unique matching algorithm provides you with more phone
numbers by matching those addresses that may have multiple
configurations. Disconnects are reduced through a selection
process where the best match is selected when two or more
matches occur.
OptinBuilders updates new unpublished households, zip codes,
and area code changes monthly and NCOA mover households are
removed.
Address Correction
Your addresses are corrected (although not disturbed). This
provides you with more phone numbers and fewer disconnects.

We maintain multiple telephone suppression files to help you
avoid calling households requesting privacy.
Telephone and Area Code Verification
With the increase in cellular phones and facsimile
machines we are running out of possible phone numbers. To
compensate for the limited quantity of numbers, more area
codes have been changed in certain geographic areas.
